Excerpts from Riverhead Town Justice Court docket for the week of DATE 2025, Justice Sean Walter presiding. There were 384 criminal and traffic cases on the court’s docket. Convictions reported here are misdemeanors or felonies and do not include violations, unless resulting from a charge of a misdemeanor or felony, or traffic infractions. Most felony cases are removed to Suffolk County Criminal Court for prosecution and are not included in this report.
Cumatz-Julajuj, Ricardo A., 38, of Southampton, arrested on Sept. 18, 2024 on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated and traffic violations, pleaded guilty on Feb. 4 to driving while intoxicated and was fined $2,000, sentenced to 3 years probation, and had his driver’s license revoked for one year.
Diaz-Cruz, Jose , 50, of Riverhead, arrested on July 4, 2025 on charges of obstruction of governmental administration and harassment in the second degree, pleaded guilty on Feb. 5 to disorderly conduct. The harassment charge was dismissed . He was fined $250 and received a one-year conditional discharge.
Gardner, Harry L., 46, of Riverhead, arrested on Nov. 19, 2024 on a charge of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Feb. 3 to a charge of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and was fined $250 and received a one year conditional discharge.
Gardner, Harry L., 46, of Riverhead, arrested on Nov. 17 on a charge of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, pleaded guilty on Feb. 3 to a charge of disorderly conduct and was fined $250.
Henderson, Lakisha R., 40 of Medford, arrested on July 30, 2024 on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated,, first offense, pleaded guilty on Feb. 3 to aggravated driving while intoxicated, and was fined $1,400 and sentenced to 3 years probation and a one-year revocation of her driver’s license.
Jones, Roy A., 37, of Shirley, arrested on Oct. 31, 2024 on a charge of grand larceny in the fourth degree, pleaded guilty on Feb 5 to petit larceny and was fined $250.
Osborn, Jr., David C., 32, of Wading River, arrested on Feb. 2, 2024 on charges of petit larceny and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, pleaded guilty on Feb. 5 to petit larceny and fined $250. The criminal mischief charge was dismissed in satisfaction of the plea.
Patzan-Ajvix, Luis A, 23, of Riverhead, arrested on Oct. 13, 2024 on charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation, pleaded guilty on Feb. 4 to aggravated driving while intoxicated and fined $2,000. The other charges were dismissed in satisfaction of the plea.
Real-Cap, Josue R., 41, of Riverhead, arrested on May 27, 2024 on charges of driving while intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law violations, pleaded guilty on Feb. 3 to driving while intoxicated, was fined $1,400 and received a one-year conditional discharge. The other charges were dismissed in satisfaction of the plea.
Sacci, Paul, 42, undomiciled, arrested on Feb. 1, 2025 on charges of criminal contempt in the second degree and harassment in the second degree, pleaded guilty to criminal contempt in the second degree and received a one-year conditional discharge. The other charge was dismissed in satisfaction of the plea.
Salazar-Salazar, Mauro, 24, of Calverton, arrested on Oct. 18, 2024 on charges of driving while intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law violations. He pleaded guilty on Feb. 3 to driving while ability impaired and fined $760. He received a one-year conditional discharge. His license was suspended for 90 days.
Verderosa, Matthew, 27, of Coram, arrested on Feb. 13, 2024 on charge of petit larceny, pleaded guilty on Feb. 4 to petit larceny and was fined $250 and sentenced to 6 months in jail.
Yool-Siquin, Yeyson, 24, of Riverhead, arrested on July 27, 2024 on charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated, and other vehicle and traffic law violations, pleaded guilty on Feb. 4 to aggravated driving while intoxicated, and was fined $1,400, sentenced to 3 years probation and a 6-month revocation of his driver’s license. The other charges were dismissed in satisfaction of the plea.
